We’re looking for a Kitchen Onboarding Associate to join our Middle Eastern team and play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless onboarding and operational success of our restaurant partners. What you’ll do Kitchen Improvements: Identify opportunities for kitchen enhancements, source third-party vendors, coordinate approvals with licensees, and ensure kitchens are operationally ready for partner launch timelines. Onboarding: Support restaurant partners in setting up their kitchens post-occupancy, including permit submittals, equipment buildout coordination, onboarding calls, and guidance on KitchenPark processes, payment cycles, and operational setup requirements. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal teams (City GM, Facility Manager, Design, Construction, Operations, and Sales) and external contractors to ensure a smooth onboarding and operational setup experience for licensees. Construction & Operations: Oversee kitchen improvements, schedule installations, liaise with customer
