This role is ideal for someone who can roll up their sleeves on the tactical work while also serving as a consultative benefits expert who leads client engagements with strategic insight. We’re specifically looking for experience independently managing large group employer relationships in the 100-2,000 life range. This is a fully remote role, with a strong preference for New York-based candidates or those with extensive large group experience who are willing to travel to New York for in-person client meetings.
