Must Have
7-15 years of employee benefits experience with a brokerage, A minimum of 5+ years of recent experience independently managing accounts with minimal guidance or AE/Consultant support, Recent experience supporting: California large employer groups (100-2, 000 lives), knowledge of large group plans and products, knowledge of financial arrangements and health products including fully insured, level & self funded, captives, California Health Insurance License required, Excel, PowerPoint, Google suite, written and communication skills, Comfortable public speaking, including presenting renewal information, financials and open enrollments meetings and webinar recordings

preference for California-based candidates or those with extensive large group experience who are willing to travel to California for in-person client meetings
What You'll Do.
Own the Outcome of Your Book of Business: Manage a portfolio of California large group employer clients (100–2000 lives)
serving as their trusted advisor and proactively addressing needs throughout the plan year.
Strategic Planning and Execution: Lead annual service plan execution including renewals
and member education.
Innovate Benefits Strategies: Design creative
consultative benefit solutions based on knowledge of the California marketplace
alternative funding arrangements
Create and Present Client Deliverables: Develop and deliver materials such as renewal presentations
and education sessions for clients and members.
Enhance Client Experience: Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to streamline day-to-day servicing
