What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Third-level qualification in Business or a related discipline, Several years’ experience in trade settlements, loan operations, or corporate lending, Working knowledge of trade settlement platforms and market tools such as ClearPar, Bloomberg, and loan administration systems, Experience managing or supporting teams, with the ability to delegate effectively and maintain high quality standards, Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with a commercial mindset
Nice to Have
Experience with LSTA / LMA settlement markets, Allvue advantageous
What You'll Do.
Oversee a portfolio of trade settlement clients
and high-quality service delivery
Manage and develop a team of Loan Settlement Analysts and Senior Loan Settlement Analysts
and workload allocation
Act as the primary escalation point and subject matter expert for trade settlements
Support teams and clients with issue resolution
Proactively liaise with clients
Ensure smooth settlement execution and funding readiness
and sign off settlement activity
Ensure accurate system input
and month-end deliverables
Develop and enhance procedures and training materials
Drive knowledge transfer
