Must Have

third-level qualification in Business or a related discipline, several years’ experience in trade settlements, loan operations, or corporate lending, working knowledge of trade settlement platforms and market tools such as ClearPar, Bloomberg, and loan administration systems, experience managing or supporting teams, highly organised with Excel skills and the ability to analyse, input, and validate complex financial data, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure to meet tight deadlines, excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with a commercial mindset

What You'll Do.

Oversee end-to-end loan transaction lifecycles, including closing coordination, documentation review, and funding readiness., Act as the primary escalation point for trade settlement issues, managing portfolios and maintaining relationships with external counterparties, agents and internal stakeholders., Manage and develop a team of loan analysts, ensuring settlement activities meet service level agreements (SLAs) and internal quality standards., Proactively liaise with agent banks and treasury teams to execute cash movements, payments, and trade confirmations., Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements (e.

, LSTA/LMA market standards) and internal controls, including KYC/AML verification- assisting in getting it approved asap so trades can settle without delays, daily/weekly/monthly reports and recon.
