What You'll Do.
Be the main point of contact for clients
keeping communication clear and timely between them and our teams for defined workstreams
Work with Strategy and Creative to develop and present recommendations to clients
Create presentations that make complex information easy for clients to understand and act on
Manage project delivery against brief
Prepare monthly billing and work with Finance to ensure invoices and documentation are correct
Build and manage project budgets and timing plans
monitoring spend and adjusting as needed
Partner with Strategy
and Finance to surface problems
and keep approvals moving
Contribute to proposals
cost estimates and scopes
making sure the commercial side makes sense for the business and client
Start gathering client
industry and business intelligence to help contextualise client challenges and frame to teams in support of project delivery

How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with Strategy and Creative teams to develop and present recommendations to clients; Partner with Strategy, Creative, and Finance to surface problems, find solutions, and keep approvals moving; Share perspectives to move forward in the best way forward, exploring solutions and outcomes; Bring relevant information and trends to the team
