Must Have

3 years of direct Clientroker Relationship management experience or advanced education equivalent, Must reside in the state of Virginia, Deep operational, relationship building, and issue resolution skills, Understanding of contracts, pricing and financial models, Experience identifying and anticipating risk and implementing effective risk mitigation plans, Ability to identify expansion opportunities, Industry experience in HR services / outsourcing, Business Management, Disability / absence, and/or Healthcare, Able to travel 20-25% and reside in the state of Virginia, Authorization to work in the Employing Country

What You'll Do.

Primary point of contact for all assigned Leave Solutions Clients

Day-to-day operational support and management of the client relationship

Resolve complex claim issues including escalations and client inquiries

Develop and maintain expertise in all Alight products and services

Convey value of the One Alight service model to clients

Consulting with clients on how to best leverage Alight’s solutions to achieve desired business outcomes

Support technology and service solutions

Provide technical expertise to support internal and client delivery needs

proactive status updates to internal and external stakeholders

Manage client escalations to accelerate issue resolution and mitigate retention risk

Identify themes and trends in Service Delivery/Claims

Adapt to changing conditions and proactively learn and apply new skills

Seek out and try new ideas for continuous improvement

attend and/or contribute to cross departmental and clientroker meetings

Travel to attend internal meetings

and industry conferences/meetings

Is the primary point of contact for all assigned Leave Solutions Clients.
