Must Have
1- or 2-year apprenticeship or professionalisation contract, fluent in French, conversational level of English, some experience in a client-facing role through an internship, apprenticeship or a personal project, interest in social media, digital marketing and online advertising, good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances, embrace challenges as opportunities and seek feedback to enhance your skills, love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business
What You'll Do.
tracking the project pipeline
flagging upcoming needs to the wider team
collating information from various client teams to assist in the processing of briefs
tracking budget approvals
monitoring campaign spend
flagging any discrepancies or changes
setting up regular project status meetings
capturing 'next steps'
documenting all project 'watch outs'
develop a deep understanding of our portfolio of services and our integrated marketing offering
identify our clients' needs and how we can fulfil them
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
act as a coordinator between our French clients and our specialist teams; assisting with communication to ensure the smooth running of campaign delivery projects; part of a fast-paced team of Client Partners, Media Planners, Analysts, and Campaign Activators; support will be essential to the growth and retention of our key clients
