Job Description Reporting to two Client Partners, you will act as a coordinator between our French clients and our specialist teams, assisting with communication to ensure the smooth running of campaign delivery projects. As part of a fast-paced team of Client Partners, Media Planners, Analysts, and Campaign Activators your support will be essential to the growth and retention of our key clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Assist the Client Partners in tracking the project pipeline, helping to flag upcoming needs to the wider team. - Help collate information from various client teams to assist in the processing of briefs. - Support the team in tracking budget approvals and monitoring campaign spend, helping to flag any discrepancies or changes. - Set up regular project status meetings. You will be responsible for taking minutes, capturing "next steps", and ensuring all project "watch outs" are documented. - Develop a deep understanding of our portfolio of services and our integrated marketing offering to eventually identify our clients' needs and how we can fulfil them. Qualifications - You're looking for a 1- or 2-year apprenticeship or professionalisation contract. - You're fluent in French and have a conversational level of English
