**Who we are looking for** This is the Senior Fund Accountant role, focusing on technical supervision, and assisting the Manager to meet the business unit goals and objectives. **What you will be responsible for** As Client Implementation & Service, you will * Assign work and supervise the flow of daily operations and be the subject matter expert of all processes. * Carry out core and complex processing activities in accordance with established procedures. * Identify risk issues, breaches and act in accordance with the 'risk' escalation chain and operating procedures. * Be accountable for all the assigned tasks, resolve complex issues and escalate as needed acting with a sense of urgency to meet required deliverables * Update and maintain procedures for all tasks/activities and work with the Manager to ensure all corporate compliance, risk policies and SOP’s are adhered to by the team * Assist Manager in making enhancements to the daily operating model. * Coordinate On-The-Job training for staff members and assist the Manager with staff development and succession planning * Demonstrates teamwork - think of the whole team, fair approach to all team staff. * Be flexible to accommodate the business needs * Act professionally, always instill a professional attitude in the team **Education & Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree. Accounting or Finance is preferred. * Strong skills in MS excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
