Maintain and control contracts related to fund clients as well as the maintenance of important documents

Co-work with and provide support to the other departments from client relationship point of view
Accomplish various tasks in a timely and qualitative manner
Execute the tasks according to the control checklists
Provide administrative support including the preparation of internal applications and reports
Make proof of sense and sound judgment towards risk awareness
Inform the Department Head of all risks of error and actual errors as soon as detected and evaluate their impact

**Function: Client Support Employee**(**English and Japanese required)** Department: Fund Business Department - Client Support Section **As a Client Services professional within our Custodian and Fund Administrator function for multiple domiciled funds (e.g., Cayman, Luxembourg), you will be responsible for the client service tasks listed below, supporting clients such as institutional investors and asset managers.** **Main Tasks:** * Maintain excellent client-care and relationship with clients * Answer to queries from the fund clients * Maintain and control contracts related to fund clients as well as the maintenance of important documents * Coordinate the analysis of the quality of operations * Co-work with and provide support to the other departments from client relationship point of view * Accomplish various tasks in a timely and qualitative manner * Execute the tasks according to the control checklists * Provide administrative support including the preparation of internal applications and reports * Make proof of sense and sound judgment towards risk awareness * Inform the Department Head of all risks of error and actual errors as soon as detected and evaluate their impact **Education:** * Bachelor in Banking or Economics, or equivalent experience **Experience and Knowledge:** * Experience in a similar function in the financial sector * Experience in fund administration and/or investment business are considered as advantage * Basic knowledge related to custody and fund business * Excellent knowledge of the banking industry **Personal Skills:** * Capability to handle diverse range of complex tasks based on analytical and problem-solving mind * Ability of in-depth analysis and search for continued improvement requiring the evaluation of unusual problems, with constant focus on quality, efficiency and client service * Capability to participate in the decision-making process (recommendations are expected) * Capability to interact with numerous departments on complex
