We focus on creating solutions that press ‘fast-forward’ on the innovation lifecycle, without compromising quality, operational value, or stability. ## What you would do Lead end-to-end client implementations, guiding projects from kickoff through to successful go-live. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations, and Support to deliver projects on time and within scope. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, and milestones for multiple client engagements simultaneously. Gather, analyse, and translate client requirements into practical solutions that align with business objectives and platform capabilities. Facilitate client workshops, project meetings, status updates, and post-implementation reviews. Maintain accurate project documentation, implementation records, decision logs, and client communications. Identify project risks and issues early, driving timely resolution while maintaining a positive client experience. ## You are Fluent in spoken and written English An excellent communicator who can confidently engage with stakeholders ranging from technical specialists to senior executives. Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
