About the Role: Reporting initially to the Vice President, Client Success, the Client Implementation Manager will be a pivotal role responsible for the successful, on-time delivery of Form Health solutions for our clients and partners. This position works closely with various internal stakeholders, as well as external client vendors to ensure a successful implementation. This role involves project management, knowledge of healthcare program integrations, and requires strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
