Must Have
Bachelor's Degree, 2 years of related experience in client engagement, Excellent phone and virtual communication skills, Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Ability to explain complex information in a simple, customer-friendly way, organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up ability, Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and ownership
What You'll Do.
Proactively call and engage a large portfolio of smaller clients to increase their participation and rebate potential.
Educate customers on program benefits
and available rebates.
Walk customers through portal features and resources to improve adoption and utilization.
Track and report on customer engagement
and participation metrics.
Demonstrate knowledge of Source1’s supplier network and rebate programs.
Provide guidance on optimizing purchasing decisions through contracted suppliers.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-program participation.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress in CRM.
Consistently meet and exceed outreach and growth targets.
Share insights with internal teams to support broader business strategies.
Follow structured workflows to ensure high-quality customer touchpoints.

In this role, you will support a portfolio of hospitality clients helping them understand rebate opportunities, get the most out of our programs, and build confidence using our tools and resources. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship so you can hit the ground running and grow with us. As a Client Growth Specialist, you will be the friendly point of contact for a portfolio of smaller hospitality clients. Day-to-day, you will reach out to clients by phone and email, help them navigate Source1's programs, and guide them toward the tools and savings opportunities available to them. You will be supported by experienced team members, structured training, and clear processes, making this an ideal launchpad for a career in account management or client success.
