Must Have
Bachelor´s degree (Business, International affairs, or related), 3+ years of experience in project management and multi-cultural client – facing role managing relationships, English proficiency, oral and written communication & presentation skills both in English and Spanish, organizational and time management skills
Nice to Have
Experience in global benefits consulting or a related field, Benefits management (life, dental, health, pension, travel insurance, etc.), Familiarity with global insurance markets and vendor/carrier landscapes, Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools

Manage and execute project deliverables
Track and report project status
Serve as liaison between local brokerage offices and global client
Assist global clients with monitoring employee benefit programs
Summarize renewal progress and terms
Provide renewal directions to local brokerage teams
Manage project timelines
Outline data and reporting expectations
