What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Strategic, Multi-X Account Management environment, Business & Financial Acumen, computer skills including Microsoft suite of products essential, Experience in handling client sensitivities, Knowledge of HS&E requirements, Knowledge of vendor management for specialised services, Ability to obtain and hold an AGSVA Clearance, Must be an Australian Citizen
Nice to Have
Tertiary qualification in Building or Facility Management or Business Administration
What You'll Do.
Serve as key liaison between JLL and client
Develop and maintain relationships through regular site attendance
Co-chair operational meetings
Engage with entity staff across assigned portfolios
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organization
Ensure consistency and compliance across assigned Entities
Oversee preparation of monthly operations reports
Attend and minute operational meetings for nominated entities
Maintain oversight of client portals
Conduct regular audits and training facilitation

Support internal reporting requirements
Track maintenance requirements
Review and align asset registers
Ensure compliance management and financial oversight
Monitor regular site attendance by facilities teams

You'll develop and maintain key relationships with clients and stakeholders through regular site visits, while building strong connections with functional leads and operational staff at all levels. The role involves managing monthly operational reporting processes, co-chairing meetings, and supporting the Relationship Director in developing service specifications. You'll also handle internal reporting requirements, oversee client portals including audits and training, and collaborate with Business Development teams on growth opportunities.
