Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client-facing role, Prior Intake Specialist or Receptionist experience, Experience handling inbound client inquiries, Experience in qualifying or onboarding clients, Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, Reliable computer, Stable high-speed internet connection, Quiet and professional work environment, Quality headset for phone communication

What You'll Do.
Handle approximately 5 calls per hour
Deliver quality client interactions
Collect and document contact information
Refer qualified leads to intake team
Answer and manage high volume of incoming calls
Maintain professional and friendly tone
Support consultation preparation
Ensure required documentation is available
Review and assess online submissions
Determine case viability
Respond to general inquiries
Transfer calls to appropriate team members
Assist with administrative tasks
Provide support to front-of-house team
Retrieve and upload property-related documents
Prepare for consultations
Send declination emails
Provide referrals to disqualified clients
Maintain accurate CRM records
Perform email outreach to prospective clients
Schedule consultations
Gather information for initial consultations
Create client records

In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients, managing conversations with confidence while creating a welcoming and professional experience. You will play a key role in screening inquiries, gathering critical information, and guiding clients through the intake process with clarity and care. Your ability to actively listen, adapt quickly, and build rapport will directly contribute to identifying qualified leads and supporting a seamless onboarding journey.
