What You'll Do.
Manage a book of clients
Work with colleagues to deliver strategies
Negotiate with insurers
Understand clients’ business needs
Advise clients on coverage queries
Execute mid-term programme amendments
Seek growth opportunities
Review clients’ exposures
Develop solutions for clients’ needs
Assist in presentations
Suggest innovative solutions
Build and maintain relationships
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborative teamwork on an enviable client book; working directly with the client and in collaboration with Corporate colleagues; Work closely with colleagues; Build and maintain relationships with clients and Corporate colleagues
Communication Scope
Excellent communication skills – both written (tenders, reports, presentations) and verbal (client meetings, colleague meetings and delivery of tenders and presentations)
