Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, 15+ years of client management experience with a demonstrated record of success, Proven experience managing executive-level client relationships within the employee benefits domain, experience driving adoption of new products and services in a growth-oriented environment, In-depth knowledge of employee benefits programs, regulations, and industry trends
What You'll Do.
Develop and maintain relationships with executive-level client contacts
Engage with clients to understand their strategic business objectives
Partner with Client Services to address concerns
Identify opportunities for clients to adopt additional bswift products
Lead contract renewal efforts for assigned clients
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators
Provide expert guidance on benefits program design
Advise clients on benefits compliance
Leverage benchmarking and analytics
Offer insights on best practices
Build and participate in regular client and internal executive report-outs
Clearly communicate the value delivered through bswift services
Collaborate with Sales to support expansion opportunities
Serve as a client advocate internally
Lead the resolution of client escalations or conflicts

WHAT YOU’LL DO The Client Executive is responsible for building, fostering, and maintaining strong relationships with executive-level client and partner contacts. This role serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to clients, ensuring their benefits programs are executed successfully while maximizing the value delivered through bswift solutions. The Client Executive works cross-functionally with Client Services, Data Analytics, Sales, and other internal teams to deliver exceptional service, drive client satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth. Success in this role is measured through quarterly Net Promoter Score
