What They're Looking For.

Must Have

7+ years of experience in insurance account management, Deep understanding of Life & Health insurance products, markets, and strategies, Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with executive-level clients and carrier partners, strategic thinking, analytical skills, business acumen, Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, Proficient in AMS360 or comparable agency management systems, Active insurance licenses in applicable lines (P&C and/or L&H) required

Nice to Have

Advanced industry certifications such as CIC, CRM, CPCU strongly preferred

What You'll Do.

Serve as lead point of contact for client portfolio

Develop tailored service plans and risk management strategies

Lead client meetings and renewal strategy sessions

Collaborate with producers and practice leaders

Manage the renewal process from strategy to execution

Analyze book of business for revenue growth and profitability

Identify cross-sell opportunities

Monitor carrier performance and market conditions

Ensure accurate system updates in AMS360

Identify underperforming accounts and create action plans

Provide technical support to Client Managers

Act as subject matter expert in planning sessions

Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and carrier appetites

Ensure service delivery aligns with agency standards

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate closely with producers and practice leaders; Coordinate with internal teams and producers; Provide technical support and guidance to Client Managers and junior team members; Act as a resource in internal planning sessions
