What You'll Do.
Manage a book of business with $500k – $700k in revenue
Maintain overall responsibility of the entire renewal (policy review
setting the game plan
data completeness within AMS
coverage & premium discrepancy issues
etc.) for all existing accounts
Support in winning new business and set up of new accounts
Maintain intimate knowledge of clients' business operations
and needs throughout the year
Kick-off the client renewal process by creating the Game Plan and completing a coverage analysis (if applicable) and conducting thorough reviews of the policies and all relevant documents
Prepare for and facilitate meetings with key IMA stakeholders and clients
Craft the marketing strategies
and engage in negotiations with underwriters to determine the relevant content to include in proposals
Pursue mastery of the craft through on-going education and awareness of industry trends
Develop & maintain carrier relationships
Support and demonstrates IMA’s core values
