Our Heads-Up solution detects and captures prosecutable evidence of illegal mobile phone use, seatbelt non-compliance, and speeding, and has already demonstrated transformative reductions in dangerous driver behaviour on Australian roads. We are a company that believes what we do matters and we’re looking for people who feel the same way. **THE OPPORTUNITY ** You’ll be Acusensus’ key operational interface with one of our largest NSW government clients serving as a trusted partner who keeps high-profile road safety enforcement programs running to the highest standard, while actively growing the depth and resilience of the client relationship. **What you’ll do:** * Serve as the primary operational point of contact for the NSW government client, proactively managing the relationship and addressing issues before they escalate * Oversee day-to-day program compliance against contractual KPIs, maintaining Acusensus’ obligations across all active enforcement programs * Prepare and quality-assure all program documentation including client reports, program plans, risk registers, and status updates to a consistently high standard * Apply data analysis to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and translate insights into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders * Plan and facilitate governance meetings and client forums, including agenda preparation, action tracking, and accurate meeting records * Contribute as a knowledgeable voice on program capability and client needs in tender responses, contract
