Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Own and manage end-to-end client relationships across a defined portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring trust, satisfaction, and long-term partnership development Translate client needs into clear business problems and ensure engagements are consistently aligned with measurable outcomes such as revenue, cost, risk, and efficiency Identify and drive account expansion opportunities in collaboration with Growth and Solutions teams, grounded in delivery reality and client context Monitor delivery health, proactively identifying risks, tradeoffs, and engagement issues before they escalate Maintain active involvement in delivery activities such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and client reviews to ensure alignment between strategy and execution Facilitate executive-level discussions and ensure clear communication between client stakeholders and internal teams Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Growth, Delivery, and Solutions to ensure seamless client experiences Requirements: 7–10 years of experience in client-facing roles involving account management, delivery ownership, or consulting engagement leadership Strong background in technology, data, AI, or digital transformation consulting environments strongly preferred Proven ability to manage executive relationships and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders (English C1 level required) Experience balancing strategic account ownership with hands-on involvement in delivery execution Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple internal teams (Growth, Delivery, Solutions) to drive client success Strong business acumen with the ability to frame complex problems into clear, outcome-driven narratives Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-growth environments Bonus: experience in data science, AI, or prior leadership/people management in client-facing roles Benefits: Competitive compensation aligned with senior client engagement and consulting roles i
