Lead deployments end-to-end

Own customer relationships

Create and maintain executive-facing deliverables

Triage and resolve operational issues

Identify product or process breakdowns

Team & Collaboration

Coordinating with internal stakeholders (e. g. engineering, product, and more); Working closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams; Drive outcomes across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams

Communication Scope

Exceptional communicator – written and verbal; Presence and judgment to work directly with C-suite stakeholders

Process & Methodology

Structure ambiguity, Lead customers through complex transformations, Manage competing priorities
