Must Have
Eight to twelve years of experience in corporate health, Eight to twelve years of experience in healthcare consulting, Eight to twelve years of experience in enterprise services, Eight to twelve years of experience in strategic account engagement, Demonstrated experience partnering with Sales or Business Development teams in enterprise, consultative environments, Executive presence with the ability to engage credibly with senior HR and leadership stakeholders, Ability to synthesize clinical, operational, and data insights into clear, business-relevant narratives
What You'll Do.
Partner directly with Sales and Business Development to
Co-lead client conversations focused on Corporate Health strategy
Bring subject-matter depth and platform context to client
Support Sales by strengthening messaging around non-compliance
Act as a trusted partner to HR
Lead or co-lead QBRs and strategic reviews
Ensure clients experience Medicard as a long-term corporate
Translate clinical performance into executive-level client narratives
Clearly articulate how Occupational Health programs function together
Reinforce differentiation from compliance-only providers
Drive understanding and adoption of non-compliance Corporate Health
Support renewal readiness by ensuring clients clearly understand
Partner with Sales to inform expansions and cross-sell
Coordinate closely with Clinical Transformation teams
Coordinate closely with Operations teams
Coordinate closely with Analytics teams
Coordinate closely with Care Navigation teams
Coordinate closely with Lifestyle teams
Surface recurring client insights to inform product priorities
Surface recurring client objections to inform service priorities
Surface recurring client unmet needs to inform innovation
Help manage client expectations by aligning promised value
