What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or a sales-adjacent role, A track record of meeting goals, quotas, or performance targets, Resilience and a positive attitude, The ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
Some college, Additional certifications in customer service, sales, or related fields, Some leadership experience or the ambition to grow into a leadership role

Educate clients on available programs and services
Clearly communicate the value of taking action
Guide clients through the decision-making process
Confidently encourage clients to take the next step toward their goals
Handle objections with professionalism and persistence
Coordinate with team members to ensure clients are smoothly transitioned into their chosen programs
