7+ years of selling performance-driven advertising solutions (TV, CTV, or AdTech strongly preferred), 3+ years of people management experience, Bachelor’s degree required

and develop a small team of Account Executives and Client Development managers

Responsible for achieving sales goals across the business

Own the full sales cycle—from pipeline creation to contract execution—with a focus on net-new business.

Identify and convert mid-market and enterprise advertisers into lasting Tatari partners.

Lead consultative conversations with founders

and senior marketing leaders.

Translate Tatari’s measurement

and media execution capabilities into a clear value proposition that resonates with performance marketers.

Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and forecasting discipline.

The Client Development team builds pipeline from the ground up, wins complex deals, and help sophisticated advertisers unlock TV—whether as a performance channel or a cornerstone of their media strategy.
