Provide enrollment support and guidance

Act as enrollment subject matter expert

Procure enrollment resources and marketing materials

Complete enrollment event in Sales Force

Educate on best enrollment solution

Request Benefit Counselor representation

Support pre-sale activities

Prepare presentations

Prepare customer/broker calls

Analyze claims experience

Analyze competitor data

Provide RFP questionnaire support

Support local marketing initiatives

Deliver customer forums

Organize broker events

Arrange leadership travel

Review and analyze inforce block

Identify cross-selling opportunities

Compile broker summary profiles

Provide profit and persistency analysis

Manage and track renewal programs

Execute customer expansion opportunities

Manage customer expansion programs

Assist with broker development programs

Process Financial GPC

Complete account research

Provide recommendations on expansion

Perform day to day operational tasks

Manage incoming correspondence

Maintain supply levels

Process facilities requests

Maintain office cleanliness

Handle system updates

Complete data entry duties

Complete Broker of Record changes

Complete term requests

Perform other duties as assigned

As an essential member of the team, the role will support the field sales office to drive consistency and growth through enrollments, in force block management and sales support.
