What You'll Do.

Support equity capital raising initiatives through preparation of marketing

due diligence materials and other investor facing materials.

Assist in managing and coordinating responses to RFPs and due diligence questionnaires to ensure timely and accurate submissions.

Currently, Barings LLC is the investment adviser to three BDCs, Barings BDC, Inc. (“BBDC”), Barings Capital Investment Corporation (“BCIC”) and Barings Private Credit Corporation (“BPCC”). BBDC is publicly traded on the NYSE under the ticker BBDC and BCIC and BPCC are private/non-traded BDCs and not listed but still have similar SEC and Board requirements.
