4 days on site per week, Commute to West 22nd Street office, Periodic travel (less than 10%)

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree, 4-6 years of work experience, Business Analysis experience, Project management experience, TPM Software Experience, CPG Industry Knowledge, Ability to manage delivery through Agile sprints, Ability to manage delivery through milestone-based approaches, Collaboration skills, Project management skills, Stakeholder management skills, Persuasion skills, Ability to diagnose and address issues, Ability to adapt to changing conditions, Ability to work with standard oversight, Ability to identify ways to contribute above and beyond, Ability to take initiative to establish better Ways of Working, Ability to serve as an example, Ability to mentor junior resources

Nice to Have

Familiarity with leading TPM platforms, Understanding of CPG trade terms, Understanding of promotional spend tracking, Understanding of customer planning cycles

What You'll Do.

Lead end-to-end delivery of TPM software implementations

Manage system integrations with third party systems

Serve as primary liaison between CPG business stakeholders

Translate business requirements into actionable plans

Manage multiple concurrent projects

Manage enterprise-level implementations

Manage intricate system integrations

Identify key opportunities with clients

Establish TPx functional expertise

Maintain customer relationships

Understand client business needs

Understand client motivations

Identify potential risks

Raise escalations to direct manager

Support management of project scope

Support management of project budget

Support management of project timelines

Test software functionality ahead of deployment

Train clients on software usage

Train clients on best practices

Lead change management plan

Manage post-go-live support

Document system configuration for project handover
