What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3 – 5 years of industry experience with Middle Office trade processing or implementation, analytics and applications, BS degree in Business, Finance or similar related topics, Competency in PowerBI, Power Query, MS Co-Pilot or other similar data analysis tools., MS Office including MS Excel, MS Access

Nice to Have

Data analysis specialization highly desirable., Experience analyzing large data sets with Microsoft Co-Pilot is preferred., Some knowledge of Electronic trading platforms including Chares River, Bloomberg, Thinkfolio and other Order Management systems.

What You'll Do.

Onboarding clients to State Street's middle office trade processing platform

Managing and comprehending client data in accordance with agreed-upon services and operating models

Assisting with onboarding clients’ middle office services onto State Street platforms

Providing support to the client and relevant workstreams during the implementation phase

Gathering and communicating business requirements for product enhancements

Reviewing and preparing large data sets for configuration and migration to the middle office trade processing platform

Creating basic visualizations or dashboards to support analysis and presentations

Becoming familiar with Transaction Management standard data modeling

transaction processing

and product knowledge

Documenting and understanding trade flows for various financial instruments

Identifying and tracking gaps in transaction processing and data requirements

Maintaining onboarding project plans

Tracking project timelines and issues

Assisting with conversion approaches

Helping with post-go-live efforts

Identifying opportunities to automate processes

Supporting efforts to reduce operational risk by increasing automation

Documenting processes from both a setup perspective and a general financial services market perspective
