High school diploma or equivalent required, Minimum 3 years related work experience, Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Ability to work overtime as required
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree preferred, Minimum 3 years related work experience as an administrative assistant preferred
What You'll Do.
Provide administrative support to a Planning team
Answer initial client phone calls
Respond to client calls and email communications
Schedule client consults and phone calls
Keep Planners schedules up to date
Request information directly from the client
Follow-up on client information requests
Receive and organize information from the client
Submit requests via the Tectonic Portal
Act as initial point of contact
Liaise between Planner and client
Facilitate client consult day logistics
and up-to-date calendar
Gather information from clients
Rename and save client information
Ensure clients are provided with compliance disclosures
Ensure clients are provided with engagement letters
