The Client Care Coordinator will build trust with clients by empathizing with their needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring they receive timely and appropriate care. Additionally, the Coordinator will be responsible for data management, including verifying, updating, and reporting client appointment details, and optimizing workflow to enhance client satisfaction. Effective communication with providers, clients, and internal teams is crucial for meeting both healthcare and legal needs.
