We provide high-quality billing, marketing, and administrative services to independent mental health care providers. This role is internally called "Client Support Specialist" and serves as the initial contact for new client intakes and appointment scheduling. The Client Support Specialist is trained to pair new clients with the provider that best fits their needs. They also build healthy relationships with clients over the phone by educating and setting expectations about insurance, authorizations, payments, and individual provider policies.
