Own and grow a portfolio of client accounts by driving revenue, uncovering new business opportunities, and delivering tailored commercial solutions. Lead contract negotiations and manage end-to-end client engagement while ensuring seamless administration through internal systems. Key Responsibilities: * Build, develop, and maintain long-term client relationships that drive retention and growth * Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts * Lead contract negotiations and deliver customized, high-impact proposals * Adapt sales strategies and messaging to align with evolving client needs and market dynamics * Collaborate cross-functionally (customer service, legal, finance, operations) to achieve business objectives * Analyze sales performance, track pipeline activity, and maintain accurate reporting to support forecasting and planning * Provide regular updates to stakeholders on client progress, risks, and opportunities ## Qualifications Education & Experience: * Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or a related field * 5+ years of experience in sales or client management, preferably in an international environment Skills & Competencies: * Solid experience in selling services and solutions * Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset * Analytical thinker with high attention to detail * Excellent organizational and project management skills * Ability to interpret market trends and translate insights into growth strategies * Outstanding communication,
