Engage with former clients to understand reasons for disengagement
Present updated solutions and value propositions to re-establish partnerships
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor reactivation strategies
Identify selecting new business opportunities aligned with strategic priorities
Support outreach and proposal development for targeted prospects
Maintain regular contact with decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations
Understand client priorities and translate them into relevant commercial opportunities
Serve as a trusted advisor

Collaborate with internal teams to build account growth strategies
Monitor account performance and proactively address risks or gaps
