What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Significant senior leadership experience in FMCG, CPG, brand, marketing or commercial functions, Proven track record of delivering high-impact brand strategies and growth plans, Experience managing P &L, forecasting, budgeting and commercial negotiations, understanding of the Irish grocery and pharmacy retail landscape, Demonstrated success in leading, coaching and scaling teams

Nice to Have

Experience working with or within a distributor model is advantageous, Degree-level qualification in business or a related discipline is beneficial, but not essential
