WHAT YOU’LL DO The Client Services Client Analyst II plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service to bswift clients and their employees, with a strong focus on creating raving fans. This role is responsible for maintaining client benefits websites, executing and documenting benefits-related processes, and providing day-to-day operational support to clients, their participants, and the bswift service center.
