## Company: Marsh ## ## Description: We are seeking a talented qualified insurance individual to join our **Enterprise Business** team at **Marsh**. The Enterprise Team is a large team of Brokers who offer cover for Electrical Contractors, Committees & Clubs, CE Schemes Charities & Sports Scheme related clients.We pride ourselves on offering bespoke and high-level cover through schemes that are exclusive via**** Marsh. This role will be based in **Dublin.** This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office with a necessity to be present on our Anchor days of Tuesday & Wednesday weekly. _**What to expect:**_ * This is a perfect role for someone with a solid grounding in the principles of insurance who is looking to progress to a fast paced and dynamic team. * If you are looking to move into a new and exciting role within an established, market leading insurance broker this will be ideal. * Previous property, liability, or commercial experience would also be advantageous although not essential, as full training will be provided. * **Please note, all applicants must be CIP qualified to be considered.** **_We will rely on you to:_** * Work closely with the Enterprise Team and Practice Leader when needed for new business acquisition * Support Enterprise team colleagues in delivering day to day Administration services to the broad portfolio of clients. * Understand potential client business issues, needs and expectations and identify an appropriate risk profile to deliver effective insurance solutions for new clients * In collaboration with the Enterprise Team Leader, work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards. * Provide day to day on new business enquiries including invoicing, issue of cover notes, and documentation within the agreed time scales. * Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects and cli
