What You'll Do.

Manage client pension processes

such as transfers and drawdowns

working with the pension administrator and the client to ensure the processes are as smooth as possible

Support with ad-hoc document generation and other tasks where clients need support

Contact ceding providers

for Pension or ISA transfers to ensure that transfers are handled correctly and efficiently

Help the client services team with some client interactions when volumes are very high

Reach out to clients where requests come from the operations or compliance team for further information - whether to check legitimacy of payments or to just some parts of client applications

Work closely with the operations team to ensure that client backoffice processes are properly managed and client experience is positive

Be the gatekeeper managing the variety of touch points with the pension administrator - to ensure that communication is properly orchestrated
