What You'll Do.
drafting fee schedules
ensuring non standards and notable provisions within the associated underlying agreement follow the proper governance structure
ensuring new and amended contracts flow from the automated workflow tool into ECMS within 30 days of execution
establishing relationships within the Client Coverage team
becoming deeply embedded within their process
driving consistency and standardization
partnering with key internal stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement of process redesign
