## Description TCV Trust & Wealth Management / Client Administration Associate   TCV Trust & Wealth Management (TCV), an independent trust company providing asset management, trust administration, and estate services to individuals, families, nonprofits, and corporations is seeking a Client Administration Associate to join their team in Williamsburg, VA. The Client Administration Associate performs administrative functions related to the ongoing maintenance of trust accounts and provides support/back up to the client account manager. ## Benefits of the job Majority employee-owned, ESOP eligibility after one year of service. Comprehensive benefit package and competitive salary Strong company culture that supports community and charitable organizations. ## Requirements of the Client Administration Associate BS degree in business, finance or related field preferred 2 years of trust administration, paralegal, financial services or accounting experience Knowledge of basic accounting/tax principals and common asset characteristics Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive data Concern for clients and their needs; ability to create close and supportive relationships Attention to detail and accuracy while meeting deadlines Office based, 8:30am-5:00pm ## Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for clients and prospects, answering and directing calls with professionalism and discretion. Analyze wills; trust indentures, agency and custodial agreements, court orders or other legal documents. Uses internal checklist to extract required information and enter it in the trust accounting system. Establish/maintain client account files. Initiate and prepare routine correspondence to customers, co-executors, guardians and others to address inquiries, requests, complaints or other matters related to the customer’s account.
