This team drives rapid growth in digital SME financing, bolstered by the strategic GXS Capital acquisition. **_Key Responsibilities_** * Identify and pursue new lending opportunities within the SME sector through active prospecting and lead generation * Provide needs-based financing solutions to new SME clients * Administer the onboarding and loan disbursement from new SME clients every month * Ensure all sales processes are properly documented and close any gaps in the client acquisition cycle – from onboarding of new SME borrower to first loan disbursement ** _Requirements_** * Diploma /Degree in Accountancy / Finance / Business Administration or related field * At least 1 year of sales experience in the SME Banking industry will be an added advantage. * Good understanding of SME businesses and SME financing concept * Able to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment * Outgoing and positive personality, with the ability to engage with customers of all * backgrounds and personalities * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple sales * activities and tasks simultaneously
