technical awareness of current accounting issues, AML requirements, relevant regulations, experience preparing accounts for various corporate structures, Proven ability to work independently, proactively manage workload, consistently meet strict reporting deadlines with high accuracy, attention to detail, Skilled in identifying, resolving, and implementing practical solutions to client issues, Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating confidence in stakeholder interaction
Nice to Have
Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA) preferred, qualified by experience, beneficial knowledge of commercial property accounting, working familiarity with systems such as 5series, Caseware, Sage, Word, and Excel
What You'll Do.
Prepare statutory financial statements
Prepare quarterly management accounts
Ensure full compliance with service standards
Support the accounts team with ad-hoc projects
Assist Client Administrators on accounting and taxation matters
Liaise effectively with auditors
Liaise effectively with property managers
Liaise effectively with tax advisors
Apply sound judgment to identify issues
Apply sound judgment to escalate issues
Apply sound judgment to report issues
