technical awareness of current accounting issues, AML requirements, relevant regulations, experience preparing accounts for various corporate structures, Proven ability to work independently, proactively manage workload, consistently meet strict reporting deadlines, high accuracy, attention to detail, Skilled in identifying, resolving, and implementing practical solutions, pragmatic and decisive approach, Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating confidence in stakeholder interaction
Nice to Have
Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA) preferred, qualified by experience, beneficial knowledge of commercial property accounting, working familiarity with systems such as 5series, Caseware, Sage, Word, and Excel

Prepare financial statements
Prepare management accounts
Ensure compliance with standards
Support accounts team
Assist Client Administrators
Liaise with property managers
Liaise with tax advisors
Identify significant issues
