Manage day-to-day account management

Report and follow up on claims

Provide premium breakdowns

Process policy changes

Provide coverage comparisons

Perform loss analysis

Respond to coverage questions

Build relationships with clients

Build relationships with vendors

Build relationships with carriers

Identify gaps in coverage

Consult leadership or producer

Manage renewal process

Order updated loss information

Obtain updated information

Handle renewal applications

Perform renewal marketing

Negotiate renewal pricing

Prepare renewal proposal

Review internal compliance

Review client disclosure requirements

Ensure alignment with client expectations

Ensure alignment with legal requirements

Assist in growing book of business

Document renewal documents

Document sales documents

Document insurance operations compliance documents

Perform other duties as assigned
