To do this, we are transitioning our business from a horizontal FX platform to a verticalized, embedded software company, as we look to the future and Redpin 2.0. About the Role Are you seeking an opportunity to have an impact, innovate through your problem solving, and grow professionally? We’re now seeking a Client Account Executive to be based out of our La Zenia office. In this role, you will be at the forefront of client interactions and quotation inquiries for our diverse international portfolio in the Costa Blanca region. While we are deeply embedded in the property sector, your focus extends far beyond just real estate transactions. You will look after our clients' ongoing, day-to-day foreign exchange requirements and general inquiries. Your primary responsibilities include engaging with clients, delivering persuasive pitches, managing registrations, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. You will also identify and cultivate trading opportunities and see them through to execution. Your performance will be crucial in achieving and surpassing both sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established by the organization. Your contribution will play a vital role in our success and the long-term satisfaction of our valued clients. What You’ll Do Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Act as the primary office-based point of contact, managing inbound inquiries from walk-in clients, phone calls, and emails.
