What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3-5+ years of experience in a closing sales role, SaaS sales background required

Nice to Have

Previous Mid-Market experience preferred, bonus points for UCaaS/CCaaS

What You'll Do.

Providing best-in-class strategic account management across a portfolio of existing Dialpad customers

Growing year-over-year revenue

Developing and executing a sales strategy for their book of business

Meeting or exceeding sales and revenue goals and objectives

Overall customer relationship management

Customer satisfaction

Ensuring our customers are constantly realizing the value of their account

Driving positive outcomes for both the customer and Dialpad

Owning the sales process from start to finish for a portfolio of Mid-Market customers

Creating a territory account plan

Cultivating relationships with customers to gain insight into customer strategy and expansion plans

Aligning our product suite with their goals

Generating pipeline and driving an efficient sales process

Achieving or exceeding quarterly revenue goals

Serving as a Dialpad expert

Becoming a trusted advisor and resource for your customers

Identifying customers who would be a good fit for the Customer Advisory Board and Executive Sponsor Program

Becoming an advocate for the customer back to Dialpad

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Dialpad Partners to grow our existing customer base

Communication Scope

Ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders and decision-makers
