Medical office administration diploma, Relevant admin experience in healthcare, 1 year of experience in comparable position, Medical terminology certificate, Proficient in Microsoft Office, 30 wpm typing speed, Fast and accurate data entry skills, Experience using patient related databases, Able to prioritize workload, Function independently in busy environment, Able to diplomatically respond to inquiries, Read, write, speak and understand English fluently, Physically able to perform job, Available for shifts on short notice, Satisfactory employment and attendance record
