Servco Toyota Pukoloa is looking for a Clerk to assist our Parts Department with keeping an accurate record of inventory so we can continue to deliver great service to our retail customers and service department. **_Responsibilities:_** * Accurately enter parts inventory information into the inventory management system * Process accounts payable invoices for payment in a timely manner * Complete parts worksheets and logs * Process credit memos * File and perform other clerical support functions as needed ** _Requirements:_** * High school graduate or equivalent * Minimum two years of clerical work experience * Accurate data entry skills including ten key by touch * Beginner level Access, Word, and Excel skills * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines * Light accounting knowledge, auto parts knowledge and DealerTrack experience a plus * Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm _Great entry level position for a career in dealership parts department!_ **_Auto Parts – Clerical – Data Entry - Inventory_** At Servco, we’re committed to providing valuable mobility solutions to empower people through the freedom of movement and opportunity.
